Mark your calendars for the 3rd Annual “Party at the Red Barn” presented by the Vermilion Parish Farm Bureau YF&R Committee to be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 benefiting the Vermilion Parish Dwayne Zaunbrecher Scholarship, the Louisiana Farm Bureau Foundation Linda and Wayne Zaunbrecher Scholarship, Louisiana Ag In the Classroom Foundation and the Vermilion Parish YF&R Committee. Louisiana Farm Bureau’s Ag in the Classroom and scholarship programs are the most vital agricultural resources available to our youth.
The “Party at the Red Barn” will take place at the La. Cattle Festival Barn “The Red Barn”, 2901 Rodeo Road, Abbeville, LA 70510 on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 5 pm – 11 pm. The event will feature music by DJ – Wesbound, FREE jambalaya, “Cochon De Lait”, and alligator sauce piquante, live and silent auctions, a gun raffle and a cash bar. Advance tickets are available for $10 and tickets will be sold at the door for $15.
The fundraiser is being sponsored by Vermilion Parish Farm Bureau Federation and the Vermilion YF&R Committee. We would like to encourage all parish and state boards to support the efforts of our YF&R Committee. Sponsorships include President’s Level $1,000, Farmer’s Level $500, Advisory Level $250, and Grassroots Level $100, but we do accept donations and sponsorship of any amount.
